What time is check-in and check-out?

Resident Campers: Check-in will be held on first day of camp between 2:00pm-3:00pm at McCormick Road Dorms.

Commuter Campers: Check-in will be held at 3:00pm-3:15pm at McCormick Road Dorms.

Check-out: check-out will be held on the last day of camp between 10:15am-10:45am at McCormick Road Dorms. If pick-up occurs after 11:00am, a $25 late fee will apply. Commuter pickup at 9:45am at Wrestling Room on last day.

What should campers bring to camp?

Each camper should bring pillow, blanket or sleeping bag, XL twin sheets, towels, toiletries & personal items, wrestling workout clothing (3-sessions/day), wrestling shoes are mandatory (headgear and pads are optional), running shoes.

Camper may also wish to bring an alarm clock and spending money for Gatorade, pizza, snacks, etc. and UVA apparel.

What forms are required in order to participate?

Each camper must complete an on-line application, the medical history form (under Documents tab), consent & release form (under Documents tab), camp rules (under Documents tab) and provide a front and back copy of current health insurance card. Camper must have personal health insurance in order to participate.

When is the balance due?

Balance must be paid two weeks prior to camp start date.

What meals are provided?

Meals for overnight campers will begin with dinner on the first night and end with breakfast on the last day. Lunch will be provided on all full camp days. Only lunch will be provided for all commuter campers.

Will there be medical staff at camp?

A certified athletic trainer will be on duty at all times. Due to our daily schedule, we encourage you to come to camp in good physical condition.

All camp participants must provide proof of medical insurance. You may not attend camp without proof of insurance.

Is there supervision?

Yes! Campers are supervised by college student-athletes, recent graduates, and coaches. Counselors will also be staying on every floor in the dorms. Campers will not be permitted to travel anywhere without supervision!

Are you driving?

You must have a parking permit if your car will remain on campus. Parking permits will be available for purchase at check-in. The cost of a parking permit is $20. You car keys will be held by the camp director at check-in and returned to you at check-out. You will not be able to drive during camp.
